The General Directorate of Special Education and Guidance Services shared the details of face-to-face education at BİLSEMs in a letter sent to the provincial directorates of national education.

Among the students enrolled in BİLSEM since November 9, those who continue their education in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of primary schools, 5th and 8th grades of secondary schools, 9th grade prep classes and 9th and 12th grades of secondary education institutions, He will start his face-to-face training at BİLSEMs, at most 2 days a week and not exceeding 6 hours a day.

Students enrolled in BİLSEM, who continue their education at the level of all classes in schools opened by the decision of the provincial or district sanitation board, will also be able to continue their face-to-face education at most 2 days a week and not exceeding 6 hours a day. In face-to-face trainings, one lesson / activity will be 30 minutes, breaks will be 10 minutes.

All courses, except face-to-face education, will be completed through distance education. A lesson duration in distance education will be planned as 30 minutes, and measures to support students through distance education will be taken by BİLSEM directorates.

Students who do not come to BİLSEM will not be considered absent

The seating plan in the classrooms will be arranged in a way to keep the physical distance, and the maximum number of students who should be in a classroom will be determined accordingly. Written consent of the parents who do not want to send their students to BİLSEM for face-to-face education will be obtained and students who do not come to BİLSEM will not be considered absent.

Students will be guided and instructed on the use of masks, social distance and hygiene rules during in / out of class hours spent at BİLSEMs.

Training services in support training rooms will not begin until a new statement.
