The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services will reward the designs and products, projects and applications that facilitate the lives of disabled citizens in 9 categories.
In this context, 'Accessibility Awards', which were decided to be traditional; It will meet with its owners this year in the categories of "Accessible Designs and Products, Accessible Digital Applications, Accessible Public and Institutional Organizations, Accessible Universities, Accessible Local Government Services, Accessible Workplaces, Accessibility Social Responsibility Projects, Scientific Studies and Projects in the Field of Accessibility and Accessible Media Content".
The Purpose is to Encourage Increasing Efforts on Accessibility
The Ministry, public, private institutions and organizations and persons working on accessibility; It will give "Accessibility Awards" in order to announce the projects that contribute to the participation of the disabled in social and economic life to the public and to encourage the increase of studies on this subject.
Awards will be given on December 3rd
The awards will be given on December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, with the slogan "Accessibility is for everyone". Applications in separate categories will be received for children and young participants.
Applications will continue until 20 November
Applications can be made until 20 November 2020. Following the evaluation of the jury, the award ceremony will be held on 3 December 2020.
