In order to be employed full-time in the Department of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, based on the Annex 375 of the Decree Law No. 6, published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2008 and numbered 27097, "Public Institutions and Organizations Pursuant to the 8nd paragraph of Article 2 of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Employment of Contractual Informatics Personnel in Large Scale IT Units, 10 (ten) Contracted IT Personnel will be recruited.

In the selection of the candidates to take the oral exam to be held by our Ministry; 2019 or 2020 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) P3 score and a valid English Language Exam (YDS), Electronic Foreign Language Exam (e-YDS) or its equivalent in this language (CAE, CPE, TOEFL IBT) , PEARSON PTE Academic, etc.) the foreign language score obtained from other foreign language exams will be taken as basis.

Foreign language exam results are valid for 5 years if the validity period is not specified on the document. Candidates who do not have a KPSS score or do not submit a document will be calculated as 70 (seventy) KPSS scores. Foreign language scores of candidates who do not submit a foreign language score document will be calculated as 0 (zero).

Candidates will be able to choose from the announced positions for a maximum of 2 (two) different positions, first and second preferences. 6.1, starting with the most points for each position. The number of candidates specified in the Number of Candidates Invited to the Exam column in the table given in the section of Number of Persons to be Taken by Positions will be eligible to take the exam. The evaluation will be made primarily among those who apply for the position in their first choice. Candidates who will be eligible to take the exam will be determined based on their scores and order of preference. According to this; candidates will first be ranked according to their first preferences. Candidates with higher scores are eligible to participate in the exam, a candidate who could not rank in their first choice, based on their score according to their second choice, if there is no valid application for that preference or applications deemed invalid or the number of applications determined to participate in the exam is not available Due to the reasons, they will be included after those who made their first choice, if any.
