SAMULAŞ General Manager Enver Sedat Tamgacı called on cardholders to define HES codes for SAMKARTs used in public transportation vehicles.
Providing the transportation infrastructure in Samsun, SAMULAŞ has integrated the HEPP code query process, which has become mandatory in public transportation vehicles, by improving its technological infrastructure.
Stating that the integration protocol was signed as a result of the negotiations with the relevant units of the Ministry of Health and citizens should update their cards as soon as possible, SAMULAŞ General Manager Enver Sedat Tamgacı said, “In accordance with the protocol we have signed with the Ministry of Health, our subscribers using SAMKART are required to define their HES codes on their cards until 20 November. As of this date, electronic public transport cards of subscribers whose HES codes are not defined will be closed for use. With the application, the cards of the citizens in the risky group will be automatically blocked. "I would like to remind you that the practice implemented in order to reduce the risk of contamination and to travel safely in public transport is vital."
Tamgacı also said that within the scope of the integration, 2-ride disposable tickets will be removed from sale as of 31.10.2020, and citizens who will use public transportation should have SAMKART.
HOW TO DEFINE THE HES CODE
SAMKART subscribers to define HES code http://www.samsun.bel.tr, http://www.samulas.com.tr ve http://www.akillibiletim.com They should start their transactions on the HES Code Definition page by entering one of their addresses. Then, fields such as TR ID number, card number, HES code, phone number must be filled. In the Transportation Card Number section, the 8-digit card number on the transportation cards or the first 8 digits of the card number on the recharge receipts given after the balance loading must be entered in the relevant box. After these transactions are completed, the HEPP code will be defined in SAMKART.
