Rockwell Automation, Inc., a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation. (NYSE: ROK) announced in a statement that it has acquired Oylo, an industrial cybersecurity services provider based in Barcelona, Spain. Oylo supplies cyber security services and solutions for a wide range of industrial control systems (ICS). Among the subjects in his service are conducting pre-assessment studies, turnkey applications, cyber security project management services and the ability to respond to a cyber incident.

The Oylo acquisition demonstrates that Rockwell Automation wants to provide best-in-class cybersecurity services and solutions. Oylo's OT cybersecurity expertise complements the IT cybersecurity expertise gained through the recent acquisition of Avnet Data Security. Oylo's participation in Rockwell Automation accelerates global delivery capabilities in a rapidly changing market and expands existing cybersecurity services for industry.
