Public Transport will be Free on October 29 in Kocaeli; Citizens will benefit from buses, rail systems and sea transportation belonging to Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality free of charge on October 29 Republic Day.

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality will provide free transportation service to citizens on Thursday, October 29, Republic Day. In the statement made by the Department of Transportation, it was announced that the bus, sea transportation and tram belonging to Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality will serve free of charge on Thursday, October 29th.
SOME LINES WILL CONTINUE THE EXISTING TARIFF
On the other hand, Line 200 serving on the Izmit - Kartal route, Sabiha Gökçen Line 250 and 250G and Line 700 will continue to operate at the current tariff.
