The continuation meeting of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Council was held in October. In the meeting, it was decided to provide income loss support to Antalya Transportation Inc., an affiliate of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, in order to ensure the continuation of public transportation service for public benefit. The Assembly also made a decision to eliminate the grievance of Hobby Garden users who were unable to perform garden planting and crop harvesting due to pandemic restrictions. The usage period of Hobby Garden, which expired on 31 December 2020, has been extended until 1 October 2021.

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Assembly, which met with 56 agenda items, took decisions under the chairmanship of Mehmet Hacıarifoğlu, Deputy Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality. In the 10th item of the agenda, which was unanimously accepted, it was decided to provide 4 million 16 thousand 318 lira income loss support to Antalya Transportation Inc., an affiliate of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.

1 MONTHLY INCOME LOSS WILL BE PAID

In the Plan and Budget Commission report; It was stated that due to the negative impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on economic and social life, Antalya Transportation A.Ş. In order to ensure the financial standing of Antalya Transportation Inc., it was stated that it was deemed appropriate by the commission to pay the 17 month loss of income between 2020 June 16 - 2020 July 1, by taking the decision of the parliament. The report of the commission was approved by the majority of the council members.

HOBBY GARDEN ALLOCATIONS EXTENDED

At the assembly meeting, a decision was made that made Hobby Garden users happy. Due to restrictions such as the curfew imposed due to the coronavirus epidemic, the time has been extended for users who cannot perform garden planting and harvesting operations and who cannot spend sufficient and effective time in their gardens. It was decided to extend the allocation period of Hobby Gardens to users, which ended on December 31, 2020, until October 1, 2021.
