GÜLSOY: THE TARGET OF THE PROJECT IS 15 THOUSAND CERTIFICATION
Speaking at the document delivery ceremony, Kayseri Chamber of Commerce President Ömer Gülsoy stated that the project was carried out in order to popularize the employment of qualified workforce and said “Büyükşehir Belediyesi Transportation A.Ş. 178 people attended and 138 of them were entitled to receive the certificate. The examination process of 40 people continues. Our goal here is to give hands-funded project Maher as to increase the skilled workforce and up to 15 thousand people across the country vocational qualification certificate in Turkey, the European Union. This is a support for the economy in Turkey. Our project continues under the coordination of Kayseri Chamber of Commerce. So far, 423 people have been subjected to this professional competence test. 361 of these people were entitled to receive this document. In addition, within the scope of project employment support, we provide employment support for 5 personnel of ULAŞIM A.Ş. for six months. This support corresponds to approximately 80 thousand liras. Mahir Hands Project is being implemented in 12 cities in Turkey. Our goal is to provide 15 thousand people with professional competence certificates. The slogan of this is 'Document your profession, reveal your difference'. With this document, our people protect their jobs in a more qualified way and do better jobs. Within the scope of the project, different professions such as urban rail systems train driver, traffic controller, catenary maintenance personnel, signaling maintenance and repair, railway road construction, maintenance and repair, rail system vehicles electrical maintenance and repair and rail system vehicles mechanical maintenance and repair In the first place, 138 people from the groups were entitled to receive Professional Competence Certificate. 13 catenary maintenance personnel, 1 signaling maintenance and repair staff, 11 rail system vehicles electrical maintenance and repairers, 13 rail system vehicles mechanical maintenance and repairers, 100 urban rails in the ceremony organized for those who received the VQA certificate in cooperation with the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce. Kayseri Transportation A.Ş., which successfully completed the exam held in the field of rail systems signaling maintenance and repair, and was entitled to receive "Professional Competence Certificate". At the ceremony, President Gülsoy gave certificates to Urban Rail Systems Train Driver Kübra Yanık and Rail System Vehicles Mechanical Maintenance and Repairer Serdar Kunduz.
A total of 423 people working in the transportation, automotive, steel door, machinery industry and furniture sectors have been awarded the VQA certificate by proving their professional competence in Kayseri as a result of the vocational qualification exams attended by 361 people so far.

Professional competence certification exams conducted within the scope of the Mahir Eller Project implemented in the provinces of Kayseri, Adana, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kilis, Konya, Mardin, Mersin and Şanlıurfa, enable individuals to demonstrate their professional knowledge skills and competencies. The project, which aims to bring qualified workforce and employers together, aims to contribute to the strengthening of the country's economy by encouraging employment and increasing productivity and competitiveness. In addition to the qualifications required by the profession, employers should have a workforce with registered knowledge and skills on occupational health and safety.
