Salihli Mayor Zeki Kayda visited the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu at his office. Providing information to Minister Karaismailoğlu about the work carried out by Salihli Municipality in the district, Mayor Kayda asked for support for Salihli's new term projects.


Salihli Mayor Zeki Kayda, together with AK Party Manisa Deputy İsmail Bilen, paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu. Mayor Kayda, who conveyed the greetings of the people of Salihli to Minister Karaismailoğlu, gave information about the works carried out by the Municipality of Salihli in the district. Stating that Salihli is on the important connection roads route, Mayor Kayda asked for support by presenting the project files they prepared for the Kırveli-Avar underpass project, the transportation of the railway passing from the district center to the outside of the city and the arrangement of the station area to the Minister Karaismailoğlu in order to reduce the traffic density. President Kayda also exchanged views with Minister Karaismailoğlu regarding the alternative ways to connect the Izmir-Ankara highway of the new 400-bed state hospital, which will be brought to the district by the Ministry of Health and the Vocational School and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences located in the Salihli Beş Eylül Campus of Manisa Celal Bayar University.

As a memory of the visit, Mayor Kayda presented a ceramic painting depicting Sart, the capital of the Lydian civilization, prepared in the Municipality Workshop and gifts consisting of local products of Salihli.

Thanking Salihli Mayor Zeki Kayda and AK Party Manisa Deputy İsmail Bilen for their visit, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu stated that they will support Salihli's new term projects and conveyed his greetings to the people of Salihli.
