Rails Reached Falez Intersection in Antalya 3rd Stage Rail System Project

In the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality 3rd Stage Rail System Project, another important threshold was crossed and the rails reached the Falez Junction. Rail production preparations are being made between Antalya Museum - Meteorology Junction, whose infrastructure work has been completed.

The 3rd Stage Rail System Project, which will connect Varsak, which will strengthen the public transportation network of the Metropolitan Municipality, to the Bus Station, Antalya Training and Research Hospital and the city center, continues rapidly between the Bus Station Junction and Konyaaltı Street.

MELTEM IS READY, FALEZ INTERSECTION IS CLOSE TO END

Rail manufacturing and parquet works are carried out at the Meltem-Hospital and Falez Intersection, which is one of the important turning points in the project. Most of the work between Meltem Boulevard and the hospital has been completed. At the stage from the Hospital Junction to the Falez Junction, the assembly of the catenary poles, the rail assembly and the reinforced concrete works are about to be completed. Canopy works are carried out at the station that will serve at the hospital stop.

READY FOR MUSEUM-METEOROLOGY RAIL MANUFACTURING

On the north side of the road between the Falez Intersection and Konyaaltı Caddesi in front of the Antalya Museum, the teams are working on the rainwater line. In the Museum Crossroad where the construction equipment works, it is aimed to complete the rail manufacturing by the end of the month. The infrastructure works between the museum and the Meteorology Crossroad, catenary pole foundations, parquet manufacturing, lighting poles and road border works were completed and made ready for rail production. The northern road between the museum and the Meteorology Junction was opened to traffic. The foundation construction of the Museum Stop, which will be the last stop on the Rail System route, has also started.

EXCAVATION CONTINUES AT OTAGAR INTERCHANGE

Within the scope of the 3rd Stage Rail System Project, the tunnel connection work that will connect the 1st and 3rd Stage Rail System Lines under the Bus Station Junction continues rapidly. Tunnel excavations are carried out on the western axis of the part of Antalya Boulevard between the Otogar Junction (Terminal bus entrance) and the Anatolian Junction and the western axis of the Anatolian Crossroad.
