Within the scope of the professional photography workshop organized with the partnership of Metro Istanbul and Sony on 23 October; The fantastic places of the M28 Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro Line, the first driverless subway of the European Side, which will open on October 7, were viewed with the eyes of photographers before anyone else.
M28 Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro Line Tekstilkent station, the first driverless subway of the European Side, which will open on October 7, hosted the “Sony Alpha Pro Event” workshop.
In the workshop organized jointly by Metro Istanbul and Sony on October 23; Photographers photographed the fantastic locations of the line, professional photomodels and dancers using special lighting systems and Sony Alpha equipment on the plateau, which consists of 7 shooting areas established in the M4 Line warehouse area and Tekstilkent station.
Professional models and colored lights were used in the shooting, which was made in the modern architectural atmosphere of the M7 line and the textilekent station, with the themes of metro musicians, ballet, tango and futurism. In the workshop, in which a total of 40 photographers participated, groups of 10 people were shot.
"We will enjoy the city together"
Metro Istanbul General Manager Özgür Soy stated that they are happy to realize the first activity of M7 Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro Line. Stating that the photography workshop was held with the participation of Metro Istanbul and Sony, as well as Metro Istanbul social media followers and employees, Özgür Soy said, “Today, 35 photographers of Sony, as well as 5 Istanbul residents who have sent us their photos with the theme of 'Metro and Human' He took beautiful photos with professional equipment by participating in workshops. Photos will be exhibited at all stations
40 photographs selected from among the photographs taken during the workshop will take place in the exhibition. First, the exhibition, which will be presented at the station where the M7 Line opening ceremony will take place, will then be displayed as a traveling exhibition at all stations of the line.
