Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said that the Subaşı Square Arrangement and Underground Mechanical Parking Project has been completed and is at the tender stage.

The architectural and static part of the Underground Mechanical Parking and Subaşı Square Arrangement Project, which is planned to be built by the Metropolitan Municipality in Saitbey District of İlkadım district, has been completed. Stating that they will make a new arrangement in Subaşı Square within the scope of the Underground Mechanical Parking Project, which will be built on a total area of ​​1472 square meters, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “The parking lot structure will be a fully automatic mechanical system and will be built with 2 floors. Its project is over and it is being tendered in the coming days. Within the scope of the project, the historical Hamidiye Fountain in the square will be rebuilt. In addition, a mosque will be built in the square. We will reorganize Subaşı Square by building an underground parking lot. The fully automatic car park will also make a difference with the green planting applications on its facades and landscaping. We aim to present an image that is architecturally compatible with the environment ”.

Stating that they will go down 8 meters in Subaşı Square, the project of which has been completed, President Demir said, “Approximately 150 vehicles working with the mechanical system will be parked. When completed, it will add a serious value to the region with its architecture and texture. "We will implement the project in a short time so that our tradesmen there are not victims."
