Hopefully, we will offer it to our citizens in a short time like 18 months. 18 months is a record for a subway line. Hopefully, our goal is to complete this place in 18 months. " said.
Karaismailoğlu made a statement by making examinations at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital stations of the Başakşehir-Kayaşehir Metro Line, which is under construction.
Karaismailoğlu said that all sides of the selfless work carried out in Turkey, said they worked feverishly in close to three thousand construction sites across the country.

Reminding that they opened the 170-kilometer section of the Ankara-Niğde Highway last week, Karaismailoğlu said that the Marmaray and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridges in Istanbul were completed and put into the service of the citizens.
"The 5th section of the Northern Marmara Motorway will be completed on September 19"
Karaismailoğlu stated that they will complete the 19th section of the Northern Marmara Motorway on September 5, and that the 400-kilometer axis will relieve the traffic of Izmit region.
Karaismailoğlu said: “I hope we targeted the 6th section of the Northern Marmara Highway as December 21st, and we will put it into service. All, as in this study, each point of our work in Istanbul from Turkey also is benefiting. We also have very important works in Istanbul. We have very important investments in Istanbul, especially in the metro area. Our Metrokent-Kayaşehir Line, where the metro station of Başakşehir Çam and Sakura Hospital we are in, is just one of the investments we made in Istanbul.
Our current line is 6,5 kilometers long. There are 4 stations on the line. Starting from Metrokent, Onurkent consists of 15 stations: the station where the city hospital is located, Kayaşehir 4th Region and Kayaşehir Center. Hopefully, when this line is finished, it will be easier for our citizens to reach Çam and Sakura Hospital and we will have completed a significant section of a metro network in Istanbul. With the end of this line, we will provide airport transportation for our citizens in Güngören, Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Bakırköy and Başakşehir. I hope our ongoing construction Halkalı- When our Airport Line is completed, our people living in this region will have access to both the hospital and the airport. "

Karaismailoğlu said that the line between Bakırköy Beach and Kirazlı, which is connected to the Başakşehir-Kayaşehir Line, was also built selflessly by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
He said that with the commissioning of this line, a citizen who gets on the Bakırköy coast can pass Bahçelievler, Bağcılar and Güngören on the D-100 Highway and reach from Metrokent Station to Kayaşehir Station.
Karaismailoğlu stated that the works on the 7,5-kilometer-long Tavşantepe-Sabiha Gökçen Line are also continuing.
“I hope we aim to end the Tavşantepe-Sabiha Gökçen Line by the end of next year. Again, we will provide the airport metro connection with a 7,5-kilometer line. This too Kadıköy- Eagle Line will be connected to Sabiha Gökçen. One of our most important and longest works, there is also a great work on our 37,5 kilometers long Gayrettepe-Kağıthane-Istanbul Airport Line. As you know, our vehicles started to arrive last week, their rails started to go down. After a while, we will start test drives. Hopefully, we will have completed the entire Gayrettepe-Kağıthane Istanbul Airport Line between Kağıthane and Airport by April 2021, and hopefully by September.

The length of the metro investment that our Ministry continues to construct in Istanbul is 91 kilometers. The length of the metro operating in Istanbul is 233 kilometers.
