The contractor connected to TCDD by Presidential Decree, established by TÜDEMSAŞ TÜVASAŞ and Turkey's joining Rail System Utilities Corporation (TÜRASAŞ) Eskisehir Regional Director has been announced.
According to the statement made by Eskişehir Railway-İş Union, Bülent Toksavul was appointed as Eskişehir Regional Manager of TÜRARAŞ.
Who is Bülent Toksavul?
He completed his high school education in Eskişehir Railway Vocational High School Traction Department and his higher education in Adana Çukurova University Mechanical Engineering Department. Bülent Toksavul worked at TÜLOMSAŞ General Directorate as an engineer, technical chief, chief engineer, branch manager between 1984-2012 and as a Locomotive Factory Manager in 2012. Toksavul, who has been the Head of Quality Control Department in TÜLOMSAŞ since 2019, is married and has two children.
