A new application has been signed in the cemeteries of Istanbul. The IMM Cemeteries Department, which thinks of the elderly, disabled and people with walking difficulties, aims to facilitate visits with golf cars.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Cemeteries Department launched a golf cart application in order to make the visit of the residents more comfortable and peaceful, especially for the elderly, disabled and people with walking difficulties, in the cemeteries, whose visit rate increased with the Eid al-Adha.
13 GOLF CARS
For this application, 13 6 or 8 people, gasoline, electric golf vehicles were allocated by IMM Cemeteries Department.
The cemeteries where the new application will be launched are on the European side; While Zincirlikuyu, Hasdal, Kilyos, Edirnekapı Martyrdom, Eyüpsultan, Gülbahçe, Silivri New Cemetery, on the Anatolian side; Cemeteries of Karacaahmet, Soğanlık, Osmangazi and Çekmeköy were identified.
THE APPLICATION WILL CONTINUE AFTER THE HOLIDAY
Golf cars will be used by the security officers at the Cemeteries Department. The citizen will have a more comfortable visit with these golf carts. This practice, initiated by the IMM Cemeteries Department, will continue after the Eid al-Adha.
