In the first half of the year, 32 thousand 141 more houses were sold with an increase of 374 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism in the first half it was sold to Turkey 581 thousand 798 housing throughout the year, while most cities where housing is sold during this period was Istanbul.

The districts with the highest sales in Istanbul, where 95 thousand 271 houses were sold, were registered as Esenyurt, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Başakşehir and Beylikdüzü.

In Istanbul Esenyurt, 6 thousand 12 houses were sold in 983 months. 4 thousand 872 houses were sold in Pendik, 4 836 in Sancaktepe, 4 830 in Başakşehir and 4 328 in Beylikdüzü.

Esenyurt has tripled other districts in housing sales.

64 THOUSAND 52 HOUSING SALES REALIZED IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR

Ankara followed Istanbul in the housing sales. In the first half of the year, 64 thousand 52 houses were sold in the capital. The districts with high residential sales in Ankara were Keçiören, Çankaya, Mamak, Yenimahalle and Etimesgut respectively.

In the first half of the year, 10 thousand 198 houses were sold in Keçiören, 9 886 in Çankaya, 8 thousand 175 in Mamak, 7 766 in Yenimahalle and 7 651 in Etimesgut.

THE 3rd CITY THAT THE MOST HOUSING SALE IS MADE IS İZMİR

After Istanbul and Ankara, 6 thousand 36 sales were reached in 651 months in İzmir, where the most houses were sold.

The districts with the highest residential sales are Buca, KarşıyakaBecame Çiğli, Torbalı and Karabağlar.

6 thousand 4 in 783 months in Izmir Buca, Karşıyakasales of 3 thousand 862 houses in Istanbul, 3 thousand 198 in Çiğli, 2 thousand 752 in Torbalı and 2 thousand 543 in Karabağlar.

7 BILLION 792 MILLION LIRA CONTRIBUTIONS TO TREASURE

After İzmir, in the first half of the year, sales figures of 25 thousand 918 houses in Antalya and 21 thousand 442 houses in Bursa were recorded.

Mersin, Konya, Adana, Gaziantep and Tekirdağ were among the provinces where the most houses were sold.

With the house sales and other purchases, 6 billion 7 million 792 thousand lira has been contributed to the Treasury in 150 months.

HOUSING SALES INCREASED 32 PERCENT COMPARED TO THE SAME PERIOD OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR

It is envisaged that 20 billion lira contribution will be made to the Treasury by the end of the year with increasing housing sales and other trades with the decrease in interest rates.

In addition, 2020 thousand 32 more houses were sold in the first half of 141, with an increase of 374 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
