Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME) meeting was held in Harbiye Istanbul Congress Center. With its decision on 17 July, the IMM Assembly approved the giving of free transportation cards to the mothers of children up to 4 years of age and to cover the cost of free transportation from the Municipality budget.
