Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu said that the 11,3 km Amasya Ring Road will be opened on July 25 with a ceremony that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will attend with a video conference.

With the activation of the ring road, Karaismailoğlu pointed out that the transit of the city, which contains local and regional traffic, will be bypassed and transit traffic will be taken out of the city. Thanks to our ring road that increases traffic safety and comfort, 30 million TL of fuel will be saved annually. Exhaust gas emission will also be significantly reduced by eliminating the stop-and-go wait. This road will clear the traffic and lungs of Amasya. ”

Minister Karaismailoğlu stated that with the commissioning of the investment, vehicles carrying dangerous goods will not only pass through the city, but Amasya will also have a less noisy and cleaner environment.
