In the Communication Center of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, which serves in Karaman, 170% of the employees at ALO 30, disabled people, Merve Uyar, who has two people working at the same table, has difficulties to speak with Ahmet Çopur. It concludes. While Ahmet Çopur listens to the questions of the citizens, Merve Uyar enters his information into the computer and thus informs the citizens.

Merve Uyar, who has a speech impairment, said that they have been working in harmony with visually impaired Ahmet Çopur for 10 years and he is very happy to work in ALO 170. Uyar said, “Calls are coming to the Contact Center intensely. We receive about 100 calls daily. Our workplace environment is suitable for the disabled. All kinds of help are made about us. Ahmet older brother answers the calls, and I enter the records and work in harmony. Our colleagues working here also show us the necessary help and care. There is no discrimination in this workplace, with or without disabilities. ” he spoke.

Visually impaired Ahmet Çopur thanked the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services, Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, stating that their work environment is very beautiful and said, “This is a project that unites people with disabilities and people with disabilities. I would like to thank those who realized this project. We would like to thank especially our Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk for the disabled. Nothing prevents us from working here. Our friends here also help us in every matter. ” said.

Stating that they do not have a problem due to their disability, Çopur said, “We are very good with Merve. It follows the legislation well and provides me with the information flow instantly. I also transfer that information to our citizens. 30 percent of employees here are disabled. We also work in harmony with our non-disabled friends. The workplace we work in is made for us and is a perfect place. ” said.

The Communication Center of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services ALO 170 provides 10/567 uninterrupted service in 7 different cities with its 24 employees. In the center where the calls are answered between an average of 80 thousand and 100 thousand daily; Services are provided on the legislation of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, the Social Security Institution, the Employment Agency and the Vocational Qualifications Authority.
