In this context, Büyükşehir, which gives importance to pedestrian crossings, aims to facilitate the connection of Kocaelis with Sekapark.
COMFORTABLE TRAVEL SAFE TRANSPORTATION
Within the scope of the tender held in March, Metropolitan continues to work on the pedestrian overpass, which will allow citizens who get off at Sekapark Tram Station to easily pass to the Western Terminal and Sekapark after a comfortable journey.
ELEVATOR FOR DISABLED
Continuing the studies, the Department of Science Affairs teams started the first pile production for the feet of the pedestrian overpass. The pedestrian overpass, which will be built right next to Sekapark Station Stop, will be constructed of two meters and steel material, 88 meters long, 3 meters wide. There will also be an elevator for disabled people in the pedestrian overpass.
TWO UPPER CROSSING WILL BE DONE
In addition to the pedestrian overpass to be built next to Sekapark Tram Stop, the pedestrian overpass will be constructed next to the Congress Center and Education Campus station stops. One of the overpasses to be built right next to the Congress Center and Education Campus tram stops will be 63.40 meters long, 3.35 meters wide and the other 43.85 meters long and 3.35 meters wide.
