On the second day of his visit to Bitlis, Karaismailoğlu, who made inspections at the Tatvan Ring Road Construction Site, took information from the authorities and took pictures with the workers.

He said that there is a 10.2-kilometer double-tube tunnel in the Tatvan Ring Road, which is 2 kilometers long. Karaismailoğlu said:
