Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş realizes another important service that will ease the traffic of the capital. As of Friday, June 12, 4 different rescue vehicles belonging to the Department of Science Affairs, which will be located on Eskişehir Road, Istanbul Road, Konya Road and Samsun Road, will provide drivers with free towing and road assistance services in case of possible accidents and vehicle malfunctions.
Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, continuing to implement the practices that facilitate the lives of citizens with the understanding of social municipality, has now pushed the button for a service that will please the drivers.
Considering the demands coming from the citizens in order to prevent traffic congestion due to the increasing vehicle traffic and accidents in Ankara after the pandemic, President Yavaş gave instructions to provide free tractor service on Friday, June 4, on 12 main boulevards.
METROPOLITAN TEAMS WILL SUPPORT DRIVERS
Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Science Affairs will have an attractive team on Eskişehir Road, Istanbul Road, Konya Road and Samsun Road between 07.00-09.30 every weekday.
In order to prevent traffic jams and prevent long-term waiting in accidents and vehicle malfunctions, teams will assist the drivers by responding immediately. Apart from the free towing service, the rescue vehicles and teams that will be present on the 4 main boulevards will also provide all kinds of road assistance support from drivers' minutes to traffic police calls.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality's free tow truck service will also ease drivers economically.
