Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, met with representatives of non-governmental organizations at a meeting held at a hotel. In his speech here, Karaismailoğlu said that he came from the capital Ankara, with greetings from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

We continue to work without interruption since the day we took office to gain your heart and consent. ” Karaismailoğlu stressed that they have invested approximately 18 billion liras only in the field of transportation and communication in the last 5 years.
Minister Karaismailoğlu continued: “We increased our road investments from 297 million liras to 4 billion liras. The split road length, which is only 25 kilometers, has reached 192 kilometers. We connected Şırnak to Mardin in divided ways. I hope you will travel uninterruptedly from Şanlıurfa to Şırnak when we complete the Cizre-Şırnak road. The tourism and commercial life of this place will come to life. We have made the divided route-Cizre road and Cizre ring road divided road. We renewed the Şırnak city pass, Ortaköy city pass and the Beytüşşebap-Uzungeçit security road. We made many bridges compatible with our roads and renewed and put them into service. We will complete the renovation of the city roads of Cizre, İdil, Kumçatı and Kasrik Municipalities next year. Our two different points such as urban road renewal works will be finished in the next year. We continue the Nusaybin-Cizre-Silopi-Habur New Railway Project. Together with this railway, we are building a logistics center with a capacity of 2 million tons to Habur. ”
Pointing out that they had to stop working intermittently in projects due to terrorist incidents in the region, Karaismailoğlu stated that the terrorist organization has done all the damage to the people living here.
“The terrorist organization does not want any investment to come, nor does it want the people here to smile. All they want is chaos, conflict, blood. With your upright stance, the might of our state, the days of their end are short. In the past, let alone a Minister would not come here, even any state elders would not be. ” Karaismailoğlu said that in the last 18 years they completely removed this understanding, not leaving a handful of land they did not go to.
“We develop our 81 provinces”
Minister Karaismailoğlu continued his speech as follows: “Now the nation is not going to the feet of the state, it is serving the feet of the state nation, it is coming. We are developing 81 cities without comparing one city with another. We do not distinguish between east and west.
For us, Şırnak is the city of Mount Cudi mentioned in the Quran, the Prophet Noah, the city of Molla Cezeri who says, 'Our fez is like the Nile, We are the Euphrates and the Tigris.' We liken our paths to the Euphrates and the Tigris. Because the road is like a stream and gives life to where it passes. With our visit to Şırnak, we found life, renewed and refreshed. I hope we will meet again as soon as possible. ”
The meeting was attended by Governor Ali Hamza Pehlivan, Mayor Mehmet Yarka, AK Party Şırnak MP Rizgin Birlik and Şırnak University Rector. Dr. Emin Erkan also joined.
