Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu said, “Our biggest aircraft will land safely in Tokat Airport in the coming years. We will meet the people of Tokat with the whole world. ” said.
Minister Karaismailoğlu examined Tokat Airport and Tokat-Niksar highway Dönekse construction site and received information from the authorities.
Later in statements to reporters Karaismailoğlu, Tokat developing would take the share of Turkey, Turkey's most important stated it would be one of the cities, he said they made the necessary planning to be completed as soon as ongoing projects in the city.

Explaining that they are in consultation with the future projects for Tokat, Karaismailoğlu said, “We made investigations in the construction of Tokat Airport. Runway work is continuing fast. Hopefully, all the operations related to the runway will be completed in the next 2 months. Our biggest planes will land safely at Tokat Airport in the coming years. We will meet the people of Tokat with the whole world. ” he spoke.
Pointing out that a certain section of the Tokat-Niksar highway was constructed and opened as a double road, Karaismailoğlu said:
“We are making plans for the remaining parts. We are aiming to offer the Tokat-Niksar highway as a 2 × 2 double road safely to the service of Tokat people. One point of Tokat opening to the Black Sea is Niksar. In the ongoing processes, by connecting Niksar, Ordu and Ünye, we will comfortably serve the part of Tokat opening to the Black Sea. Hope to meet you in Tokat on more beautiful projects. ”
Minister Karaismailoğlu, on the question of a journalist about the Manisa-based earthquake, said, “There was a slight concentration in communication and transportation. There is no problem to hinder our jobs, it is under our control. ” gave the answer.
