As İBB, we would like to point out firstly that IETT drivers are among the most difficult occupational groups during the epidemic period. It is necessary to protect the health of these colleagues, as in every period, during the period when the pandemic is most common. Therefore, 100 thousand special-quality masks were purchased for the use of IETT drivers. The purchase was carried out by direct purchase method as permitted by the legislation due to the epidemic.
The received masks are durable for 12 hours. Unlike other masks, it is liquid proof. The preference of such masks is the most correct decision for the health of IETT drivers, since the disease is likely to spread with fluid contact.
