The Turkish construction company Yapı Merkezi, which has signed great projects in the international arena, has implemented the "Digital Baret" Online Internship Program in order to protect and prevent victims of university students who have gained internship as a result of application evaluations. Students who successfully pass the online interview process carried out by the Yapı Merkezi Human Resources Department will be able to participate in the "Digital Baret" Online Internship Program, which has 3 categories: social, technical and professional experience. This program, which will provide internship opportunities to the students of the Faculty of Construction, Electrical-Electronics, Machinery and Architecture, will be realized through the digital platform of the Yapı Merkezi Academy. With the new generation internship program, Yapı Merkezi will manage the entire process digitally from the application stage to the end of the internship. Building on the value that Yapı Merkezi gives to education, development and technology, this digital step aims to raise awareness of new generation practices as much as it contributes to students' personal and professional development.
