In his speech, Minister Pakdemirli stated that with the measures taken as a country, they managed this troubled pandemic process with great success and as of today, they are now in the normalization process.
Emphasizing that one of the deep-rooted occupations that our nation has maintained throughout its history, Pakdemirli said, “Our racial, breed and breed Anatolia animals are rich in color and rich; continues to meet our most basic needs with meat, milk, skin and wool. We know that animal husbandry will be the most basic dynamic of healthy society, reliable food and strong economy today and after. Within the scope of IPARD and Rural development investments, we have provided 2.217 billion lira grant support to 2,1 projects for the dairy sector so far, we have realized the implementation of 4,5 billion lira investment. By closely following the milk market, we pulled more than 4 million tons of excess raw milk from the market in 1,1 years and produced 92.330 tons of milk powder with this. On the other hand, we pay support for 951 bee animals to animals that have “Health Care for Disease-Free Enterprises” to produce both quality and healthy breeding material and milk, namely 301.400 Disease-Free Businesses. Also; Last year, we took Brucella serology as a compensation in the fight against Brucella, which is one of the most important problems in dairy cattle. Of course again; We know that meeting the need for quality roughage, which is one of the most important input items of the livestock sector, will lead to significant increases in animal production. In this regard, we have increased the productivity of our pastures by showing special sensitivity to meadow-pastures, which are the most important sources of forage, and completing 18 million decares of pasture improvement works in the last 10,5 years.
Again, we opened 53% of our country's forests for planned grazing for sheep and goats. In the last 18 years, by paying a total of 11,5 billion pounds of fodder crop support to an area of 6,7 million hectares, we have contributed to the increase of fodder crop cultivation areas and our total roughage production. In the meantime, this year, we include the feeder soybean in the scope of supporting this year within the scope of our legislative study, which supports 2020 forage crops. Also; We will also increase the supporting unit price of sorghum, sudan grass and sorghum sudan hybrid. PROTOTYPE OF GEZEN HYBRID SAĞIMCI PROJECT IS READY
Stating that the prototype of the Gezen Hybrid Milker project is ready and has reached the stage of mass production, Minister Pakdemirli continued as follows:
“With the Traveling Hybrid Milker system; We aimed to reduce the operating cost, provide milking hygiene, facilitate the milking work with low labor and cost, milking livestock and not milking our producers, and bring the cattle milk to the economy. Of course, as you know; The most difficult of daily work in the barn is milking. In dairy farming, milking work takes 40-60 percent of the total daily working time, and 70-80 percent in the free barn. For this reason, in addition to our “Gezen Hybrid Milker” project, we have designed our Photovoltaic Battery Supported Ovine Mobile Milking Machine Project for the Southeastern Anatolia Region. In addition, solutions that will affect human well-being, such as tent lighting and hot water, have been presented with a monophose socket outlet on the prototype. ”
IN OUR COUNTRY'S MILK PRODUCTION, WITH A PERFECT RATE OF 107 PERCENT
Underlining the support and grants given to the sector, as a result of these policies and projects, Minister Pakdemirli emphasized that there has been significant developments in the livestock breeding of our country in the last 18 years. Our milk production increased by 80 percent in 51 compared to the previous year and reached 173 million tons. WE ARE A NET EXPORTER IN THE MILK SECTOR
Expressing that milk and dairy products were exported to 111 countries including EU and Eurasia Economic Union countries from our country, Minister Pakdemirli said, “Our country, which is a net exporter in the milk sector, has increased its milk and dairy products exports to $ 2019 million in 10 compared to the previous year. . In line with the studies carried out by our Ministry since 357, the doors of the People's Republic of China, which has the most populated population in the world, have been opened for Turkish manufacturers. In this context; 2012 facilities that we announced before the Eid al-Fitr will be able to export dairy products to the People's Republic of China. I am convinced that our milk and dairy producers will take the necessary share from a large cake like the Chinese market under today's conditions where marketing is as important as producing. ”
Emphasizing that they do not look at milk from milking to table as an adventure, Minister Pakdemirli said, “We are preparing a comprehensive milk action plan that will appeal to the whole sector, based on the importance of this issue. Because we strive to be a country that is not burning from milk but saturating the world with milk.
