According to the 01rd and 06th and 2020nd articles of the General Sanitary Sanitary Board of Ankara Province on the date of 1593/23/27, under the chairmanship of the Governor of Ankara, Vasip Şahin, the Circular on the "Urban and Intercity Passenger Transport" and the agenda of the Ministry of Interior discussed the issues and made the following decisions.

With the Circular No. 23.03.2020 of the Ministry of Interior dated 5823 and the Resolution 2020/7 of our Board, it will be accepted that 50% of the passenger carrying capacity stated in the vehicle license in all urban public transportation vehicles will be accepted and the way of seating of the passengers in the vehicle will prevent contact with the passengers. According to the Circular No. 26.03.2020 dated 5899 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Board of Directors decides that the personnel and worker services will also be subject to this rule, and with the Decision No. 2020/21 of our Board, it will be appropriate to It was decided to take up to 50% of standing passengers in vehicles (in terms of maintaining social distance).

At the current stage, a controlled social life process was initiated and guides on urban and intercity passenger transportation were published by the Ministry of Health Coronary Science Committee.

In this context;

a)In accordance with the Circular No. 23.03.2020 of the Ministry of Interior dated 5823 and the Decision No. 2020/7 of our Board, with the Decision of our Board in accordance with the Circular No. 26.03.2020 of the Ministry of Interior dated 5899 and with the Decision 2020/21 of our Board, Decisions on the restriction have been repealed.

b)Application in urban and intercity passenger transportation, “Guide for Measures to Be Taken in relation to Urban Transportation Vehicles (Minibuses, Minibuses, Public Buses, Municipal Buses, and Others)” prepared by the Ministry of Health Coronavirus, “Measures to be Taken with Personnel Service Vehicles Guide ”and“ Guide to Precautions Related to Road Transport, Rail Transport, Sea Passenger Transport ”.

c)The “Precautions to Be Taken for Passengers” section of the Guideline of the “Measures to Be Taken” for the Urban Transportation Vehicles (Minibuses, Minibuses, Public Buses, Municipal Buses and Others), “The number of seats can be taken as much as the number of seats, and standing passengers should not be taken. Two seats of the opposite four-seat seats should be used and should be seated diagonally, without facing face-to-face. In other vehicles with different features or qualities, arrangements should be made according to seating rules and social distance. ” Within the scope of the provision of the provision, in the text of the article, "Arrangements should be made according to seating rules and social distance in other vehicles with different features or qualities." In the application regarding the exception;

c.1) In Minibus, Minibus and Service Vehicles: One seat will be left empty, so that it can carry passengers as much as the seat capacity written in the vehicle license, will not receive standing passengers, and if there is a mutual seating arrangement, these seats will not be faced face-to-face.

c.2) In the Municipal and Private Public Buses Operating in the City Transportation: A seat will be sited diagonally, leaving one seat empty, without sitting face-to-face, with a seating capacity of 30% of the standing passenger capacity written in the vehicle licenses and seating as much as the seat capacity written in the vehicle licenses.

c.3) On Private Public Buses Carrying Passengers From Districts: Passengers will be able to carry as much as the seat capacity written in the vehicle license, there will be no standing passengers on these vehicles, and if there is a reciprocal seating arrangement, one seat will be left in a way that will not come face-to-face, and will sit crosswise.

c.4) In Başkentray, Metro and Ankaray: The wagon will be seated diagonally, leaving one seat empty, without sitting face-to-face, with a seating capacity of 50% of the passenger capacity.

d)Necessary precautions will be taken by the responsible persons, institutions and organizations regarding the issues specified in the guides in paragraph (b), the issues specified in the guides will be notified to those responsible by the relevant Institutions and Professional Chambers, posters and brochures regarding the rules specified in the guides will be prepared and posted to vehicles and stations and announced to the public through digital screens, continuous announcements will be made in vehicles and wagons related to the rules.

e)The rules on the vehicles and wagons and the seats that will be left empty will be marked.

f)Vehicles and wagons will not be taken without a mask, hand sanitizer and cologne will be kept, additional measures will be taken to protect the social distance.

Those who act contrary to these decisions will be enforced by the Public Health Law No. 1593 and other sanctions.
