Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk announced that they have increased the grant support provided to disabled people who want to start their own business to 65 thousand TL, and the second term grant support applications for 2020 have started.

Minister Selçuk noted that they have continued to support disabled people who want to start their own business since 2014 and added, “In this context, we provided grant support of 2.291 million 96 thousand TL to the project of establishing their own business of 944 disabled people.” made the explanation.

Grant Support Increased to 65 Thousand Liras

Stating that the grant support amount of 50 thousand TL for the disabled has been raised to 65 thousand TL, Minister Selçuk said that the disabled people who want to benefit from the grant support should apply to İŞKUR Provincial Directorates until 17 July 2020 with their projects.

No Barrier to "Work"

Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk said, “As the Ministry, we set out by saying 'there is no obstacle to business'. We will support projects for our disabled people to set up their own businesses, vocational training and rehabilitation, adaptation to work and workplace, support technologies that will enable the disabled to find a job, and projects for protected workplace support. The purpose of this support is to help our disabled people set up their own businesses, to be employed and rehabilitated by receiving vocational training. With the grants we provide, we will continue to support the dreams of our disabled people. ” made the evaluation.

Citizens who want to present a project : www.iskur.gov.tr According to the application guide and form published in the "Announcements" section at the address, they will be able to deliver their projects to the Provincial Directorates of Labor and Employment Agencies in their provinces by hand or by post until 17 July 2020.
