The central exam, which was held in 18 thousand 139 buildings and 111 thousand 918 halls within the scope of the High School Pass System (LGS), has ended. Stating that the exam was completed peacefully and safely, Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk said, “I express my gratitude to all our children who act according to the instructions of our teachers and maintain their social distance without the need for our warnings, because of their responsible and conscious behavior.” said.
Due to the global coronavirus outbreak, this year different measures have been implemented to protect the health of students, teachers and the whole community. The rules to be followed were determined by examining meticulously by taking the opinions of the Ministry of Health of the Ministry of Health, from the date of the exam, the number of halls, disinfection to the mask.
Last year, 3 thousand 873 halls were offered in 59 buildings at LGS. This year, exams were held in 568 thousand 18 buildings and 139 thousand 111 halls in order to maintain social distance.
In parallel with the increase in the number of halls, the number of teachers taking part in the exam has also increased. While 2019 thousand 148 teachers took part in 946 LGS, this year 353 thousand 158 teachers were with our children.
Unlike other exams, 17 thousand 990 guidance teachers also attended our students in the exam areas. During the 45-minute interval between the two sessions, our counselor teachers provided the parents' communication with the students.
In addition, exam measure service was applied to all students who received education service at home or in hospital, and students who had ongoing illness, mental disability, physical disability, autism spectrum disorder, mental and emotional disorder, hearing impairment or visual impairment.
At home / hospital, an examination measure was applied to those who continued to receive education services at home or in the hospital, and those who were recommended to take an examination service at home or in the hospital with a doctor's report.
