CHP Niğde Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer brought the projects that were implemented by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in the previous years, but that have not been spent for a long time, to the TBMM agenda with a question proposal.
Responding to Gürer's proposal, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu stated that the projects for emergency needs were prioritized with the circular of the Ministry of Development and that the priorities of some projects have changed in this context.

PROJECTS WITHOUT SPENDING

Minister Karaismailoğlu stated in the circular: “In project proposals and allocations on the basis of project; Among the priority projects that are ongoing, those that can be completed in the shortest period of time will be given priority to new projects, with the highest level of contribution to economic growth and social development, provided that they are based on qualified feasibility studies. In order to utilize the existing public fixed capital stock at maximum capacity, the necessary maintenance and repairs will be given importance, and projects that do not directly serve the urgent needs of our citizens and the increase in added value in the economy will not be offered. ” He said it was said. .
Karaismailoğlu made a statement, "In accordance with this circular, priority was determined according to the need in the projects carried out by the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise in 2018".
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu also said,HalkalıKapicule High Speed Line Çerkezköy- A 275 million euro grant has been received from the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for the Kapikule part. Location delivery was made to the contractor on 30.04.2019. The financial progress of the project is about 16 percent and it is spent in slices determined in accordance with the contract made with IPA funds. ”
GÜRER: “PLANSLESS AND DISCLAIMER”

DO NOT LOGISTICS CENTERS NEED?
CHP Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer also pointed out that there are logistics centers among some of the projects that the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is out of the scope of the priority projects. “Although it is included in the 2018 budget, there are logistics centers projects that were excluded from the priority scope. However, not even a single nail has been nailed to the logistics center, which has been announced to be made in Niğde in 2013 and the expropriation studies have been completed. The logistics center is one of the most important needs of Niğde. Even though it is said that more than one explanation has been made about the project and it is continuing, it has remained at the point where the project started ”.
