TransportationPark, one of the affiliates of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, provided remote motivation training with its human resources unit to its employees who have administrative leave in their homes due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic. In this training given to 115 employees in total, sentences that will increase the motivation of their employees were transferred to them. As a result of the conversation in the form of chat and information transfer, the motivation of employees increased and their happiness levels increased.
FAMILY HIGHLIGHT WAS ON THE FORWARD
During the trainings given by the TransportationPark Human Resources Directorate, all personnel were individually taken care of. Family emphasis was made on the staff, who were wanted in certain periods. It was stated that the processes experienced will be overcome and they will reunite with our TransportPark family, and their work areas are waiting for them.
WANTED WITH PERIODIC INTERVALS
TransportationPark is asked to ask for administrative leave of regular personnel, and their reputation. In order to increase the motivation of employees with administrative leave, the employees are asked to meet in groups of four. It is emphasized that the person or people determined within the company can be called 7-24 in case they have a need after the conversation between the employees.
