Ordu Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to make transportation to Boztepe with an altitude of 530 meters in the city's comfort.
The Metropolitan Municipality, which started the hot asphalt works on the 7,2 km road used for transportation to Boztepe, which welcomes thousands of local and foreign tourists every year, is carrying out a feverish work on the remaining 2017 meters of the road.
WORKS ON THE REMAINING 1,25 KM CONTINUES
The Metropolitan Municipality, which completed its works on 11 km of the 7,2 km road with 6 meters wide hot asphalt road, gets ready for hot asphalt by making excavation filling and repair work on the remaining 1, 25 km section. After the work to be done, the narrow road will have a modern, comfortable appearance with a width of 11 meters.
Coşkun Alp, the Secretary General of the Metropolitan Municipality, said, “We completed the asphalt work of the 1250-meter road when we took office. Our Minister requested the remaining section to be completed and put Boztepe road into service. Now, in the remaining 1250 meters section, sub-base material is laid for asphalting works. Our teams will then start asphalting works. We continue our efforts to relieve the infrastructure of our city and provide a more comfortable transportation comfort. Good luck to our city. ”
7,2 KM LENGTH AND 11 METER WIDTH
Within the scope of Boztepe road works with a total length of 7,2 km and a width of 11 m, 48 thousand cubic meters of excavation, 20 thousand cubic meters of filling, 23 thousand cubic meters of stone wall manufacturing, 50 m culverts and 120 m reinforced concrete walls were produced.
