A truck carrying a boat on the trailer in the city of Skien, Norway, was stuck in a level crossing for an unknown reason. The safety barriers of the level crossing were closed on the truck, which could not get out of the ground, and then the train that came at full speed hit the truck. A citizen waiting in this horrible accident vehicle managed to record seconds.
Fortunately, it was reported that none of the four passengers and three personnel on the train at the time of the accident were seriously injured and no one was in the TIR at the time of the accident.
