Parties must apply first

For the completion of the transactions without any problems in the purchase and sale of second hand vehicles, buyers and sellers must first make their applications at paramguvende.param.com.tr. Then the buyer needs to transfer the vehicle price to the IBAN number of the Param Safe application. After the e-payment application, the sales process begins when the parties go to the notary public to perform the purchase-sale transaction. Simultaneously with the sale of the notary, the vehicle price is sent to the seller's account.
