MKEK Successfully Completed National Artillery Plugs Development Project

Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar examined the National Artillery Plugs produced by the Machinery and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKEK) and received information about the projects and studies from the Ammunition Factory R&D Manager Çağatay Öncel.

Within the scope of MKEK's new R&D project, “National Artillery Plugs” development and production activities were completed by the Ammunition Factory.

In project scope;

• MKE MOD 92 Mechanical Impact Artillery Plug
• MKE MOD 124 Electronic Time Plug
• MKE MOD 127 Inductive Plug Setting Device is available.

MKE MOD 127 Inductive Plug Setting Device

• It has the functions of Electronic Time Adjustment, Multiplication Mode, Storage Mode.
• Complies with STANAG 4369 / AOP-22.
• It can be programmed in the range of 2 - 199,9 s (at 0,1 s intervals).
• It works with 3 rechargeable 1,5V commercial pen batteries and rechargeable embedded battery with% V adapters.
