Turkey's exports of agricultural products, a new type of coronavirus (Kovid-19) held in the shadow of the epidemic increase in the January-April period.

During this period, Turkish exporters sold products from 3 main sectors: agriculture, industry and mining. Exports of agricultural sectors increased by 2,9 percent to $ 7,8 billion.

THE LEAD OF EXPORT INCREASE IS HAZELNUT

The sector that increased its foreign sales most on a proportional basis was the hazelnut and its products in the January-April period under the effect of the Kovid-19 epidemic. Exports of the sector increased by 32,6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 754,3 million dollars.

In this proportional increase in exports, this sector has increased its exports by 21,6 percent to fresh fruits and vegetables, which amounted to $ 756,3 million, an increase of 12,9 percent to $ 565,4 million, and vegetable and vegetable products increased by 4,1 percent to $ 2,4 billion. followed by grain, pulses, oilseeds and products.
