Elazig Municipality, as part of the Corona virus measures, stated that the decision to put on the mask of passengers in public transport was put into practice as of April 4, 2020, and citizens were asked to show sensitivity.

In the statement made by the Elazig Municipality Press and Public Relations Directorate, “As of April 4, 2020, passengers wearing masks have become mandatory within the scope of coronavirus measures. Within the scope of the social distance rule in order to protect the health of our citizens, it has been made compulsory for passengers to wear masks in public transportation vehicles in line with the new measures taken after the empty seat application we have initiated in our public transportation vehicles. We ask our citizens to adhere to the precautions to protect the social distance and to wear masks in public areas with public transportation vehicles. ” The statement said.
