HÜRKUŞ-B Training Aircraft

Within the scope of the HÜRKUŞ project, it is aimed to design, develop, prototype production and international certification of an original training aircraft that will meet the training aircraft needs of the Turkish Armed Forces and have a share in the world market, using domestic facilities. HÜRKUŞ aircraft, of which both prototypes have been completed, received “TT11 Aircraft Type Certificate” from SHGM on 2016 July 32. On the same day, the Certificate of SHGM was approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for all European countries. Thus, HÜRKUŞ became the first Turkish aircraft to receive a type certificate from the European Civil Aviation Authority.

HÜRKUŞ-B deliveries to the 122nd AKREP Fleet operating within the Turkish Air Force are expected to begin in the near future.
