While Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues to fight the corona virus, it continues to work at the points needed throughout the city. In this context, second parking works have been completed in Ormanya, Europe's most important wildlife park.
WORKS COMPLETED
Metropolitan Municipality has built a second parking lot so that citizens coming to Ormanya do not have a parking problem. Asphalt paving, pavement and parquet works, afforestation and green area arrangements were made in the second parking lot in line with the works carried out by the Department of Science Affairs.
2 THOUSAND 850 METERS LIFTING
After excavation and filling works in the 2nd stage parking lot of the forest, 2 tons of PMT was laid for a flat ground before asphalt. The parking lot, which will have a total capacity of 800 vehicles, was built on an area of 203 thousand 8 square meters. 900 tons of asphalt was laid in the second parking area. The Department of Science Affairs teams completed the construction of 600 thousand 2 meters of pavement and one thousand 850 square meters of parquet. In addition, in the second parking lot, 750 meters of rainwater line production and electrical infrastructure works were completed before the rain accumulation occurred.
PARKING CAPACITY HAS RISE TO 570 IN FORESTRY
With the completion of the second parking lot, Ormanya increased its parking capacity to 570 vehicles.
