Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that the rates of using public transportation decreased to 18 percent and that the trips were re-planned accordingly; He said that they made intense expeditions in accordance with the social distance rules especially during the commute and return hours.
Noting that social distance is extremely important in public transportation, Mayor Altay stated that they have taken various measures and inspections for this purpose.
