New station construction works are continuing instead of the old train station station, which was demolished by TCDD General Directorate in Izmit 42 Evler area. In addition, the arrangement of the second suburban train line between Adapazarı Arifiye-Izmit-Pendik continues.

The old stop of 42 Evler Train Station, which was used for many years in the past, was demolished. Now, the construction of a new station stop continues.

LONG YEARS HAVE STAYED IN HOLIDAY

42 Evler Train Station was idle as it has not been used for many years. TCDD General Directorate opened a tender to build a new station, and the Ankara tender Abu Construction Company won the tender. The company started working on February 20. The old bus stops available for the suburban train line are now demolished, ground reinforcement and excavation work is being done. The new stop work in 10 Evler region, where 42 workers work, is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

SECOND BANLIY TRAIN LINE MADE

In the past, citizens from Izmit were able to use suburban trains between Haydarpaşa and Adapazarı. There are many stops at the stops in our city and thousands of passengers would have the opportunity to travel during the day. Commuter trains, which offer an economical travel opportunity, stopped in 2012 with the introduction of the High Speed ​​Train Project. In 2015, suburban train services started again. Adapazarı, which was reopened on a single line in 2015, added a new line to the suburban train line running between Arifiye-Izmit-Pendik, and the number of lines was doubled. Train services have now been stopped due to the coronavirus, but once life is back in order, this suburb will once again be a savior in the transportation of many.
