İBB continues its cleaning activities in Adalar against the coronavirus. A total of 32 staff work in the works, which take place two days a week. Additional washing vehicles are also sent to Adalar at the request of the district municipality.

Continuing its works within the scope of combating coronavirus, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) continues its cleaning works in Adalar. A total of 32 personnel, 4 mechanical sweeping vehicles and 4 mobile teams participate in the works, which take place every Wednesday and Friday.

ADDITIONAL VEHICLE IS SENT WHEN IT IS NECESSARY

The İSTAÇ teams, which carry out the work, work with 16 personnel on the islands of Kınalı and Burgaz on Wednesdays. Heybeli and Büyükada are cleaned on Fridays. Upon the request of the district municipality, in addition to the washing and sweeping activities, washing vehicles are sent to the Islands as required.

BEFORE THE 255 STORES WERE DISINFECTED

IMM has previously carried out cleaning and decontamination of 255 barns in Adalar as part of the fight against horse diseases. During the coastal cleaning, 5 thousand bags and 25 tons of waste were collected. In all these works, which started at the end of December and completed in a month, İSTAÇ made a total of 648 expeditions for one thousand 113 tons of horse manure and other waste coming out of the stables; He had dispatched them to the landfill.
