According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, City Hospital Tram Line, which is planned to be built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, will be made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. The approximate cost of the line is estimated at 300 million Turkish Lira.

Law No: 655 on the Implementation of the Decree on the Amendment to the Decision on the Determination of the Conditions Regarding the Assignment, Acquisition and Completion of the Urban Rail Transport Systems, Subways and Related Facilities by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, and Law No. 15 on the Transportation and Infrastructure Area. It was decided pursuant to Article XNUMX of the Decree.
SHIFTING THE CONDITIONS OF THE CONVENTION ON THE TRANSFER AND COMPLETION OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE TRANSFER AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND COMPLETION OF THE FACILITIES AND THE INFRASTRUCTURE BY THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION.
ARTICLE 1- To the third paragraph of the additional article of the Decision on the Determination of the Conditions Regarding the Assignment, Acquisition and Completion of the Urban Rail Transport Systems, Subways and Related Facilities by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, which was enacted by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 25/10, dated 2010/2010/1115. the following paragraph has been added.
“H) Projects of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality: 1) City Hospital Tram Line.”
ARTICLE 2- This Decision becomes effective on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3- This Decision is executed by the President.
