TRANSPORT MASTER PLAN
The relationship between residential areas and business areas takes place in the north-south context. At the same time, the international axes of the country in the east-west direction pass through our city. At the same time, in our Gebze, which has the identity of an industrial city, the traffic flow that occurs at the end and start of working hours is provided by bus service systems. Bus services providing to the industrial areas face the city with traffic load in the morning and evening. As a solution to this, we aim to realize bypass lines, especially the city center. In addition to the Gebze-Darıca metro line, where the works are continuing rapidly, we will realize the solutions with the transportation master plan studies we initiated in cooperation with our Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality in order to reduce the current traffic load. ”
