1- "Aydın-Denizli Highway Project", according to the project and technical specifications attached to the Administrative Specifications, the tender for the construction, operation and transfer within the framework of the principles and procedures specified in the Law No. 3996 and the Council of Ministers decision No. 2011/1807; It will be held on 12/05/2020 at 10:30 at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure General Directorate of Highways, Yücetepe / ANKARA A-Block Entrance Floor Small Meeting Room, in the presence of the Assignment Commission, according to the closed bidding procedure.

2- SUBJECT OF THE TENDER: Within the framework of the principles and procedures specified in the Law No. 3996 and the Law No. 2011/1807 of the Council of Ministers regarding the Law No. XNUMX and the Application Procedures and Principles of this Law, the financing, project design, construction, operation, all kinds of maintenance, repair and transfer of the Highway to the Administration at the end of the contract period, free of all kinds of debts and commitments, in a well-maintained, working, usable condition and free of charge.

3- Bidders; They can view the tender file free of charge as of 30/03/2020 at the General Directorate of Highways, Department of Business Administration, B-Block Floor: 3. Tender file sales price for the tender (including VAT)

It is 50.000 TL (Fifty Thousand Turkish Lira). The bidders who want to participate in the tender will be able to receive the tender file by applying to the Directorate of General Directorate of Highways General Directorate, in return for their receipt, after depositing the file price to the Directorate of General Directorate of Accounting, Final Account and Reporting.

4- The Provisional Bond Amount for the job in question is 25.000.000 TL (Twenty five million Turkish Liras). Values ​​to be accepted as guarantee are specified in Article 6 of the Administrative Specifications.

5- The bids will be delivered by hand or by mail to the General Directorate of Highways Directorate of Operations Department B-Block Floor: 7 Designation Commission Presidency, starting 10 (seven) days before the tender date at the earliest, until 00:3. 8- The Administration is completely free to assign or not to assign and the bidders cannot make a request from the Administration under any name due to this freedom of the Administration.
