Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which facilitates transportation in the Izmit district center by offering the Akçaray tram line to the service of citizens, continues its works on the tram line. Two new pedestrian overpasses will be constructed at the Congress Center and Education Campus stops so that pedestrians can comfortably travel from the stops on the tram line.

Within the scope of the project, two pedestrian overpasses will be constructed so that citizens can comfortably reach Akçaray and Kocaeli Congress Center and schools shadow from the Congress Center and Education Campus stops. Within the scope of the Department of Science Affairs, two pedestrian overpasses are planned to be built at the Education Campus station, 45 meters long and 3 meters wide, 62 meters long and 3 meters wide to the Congress Center Station. It will have an elevator in both overpasses that will be tendered in a short time.
