ITU ARI Teknokent company Money Shower has developed a paper money disinfection module that is applied to ATMs and cleans the paper money from all bacteria and viruses including coronavirus.

The paper money is touched by an average of 150 different people in a month and is contaminated with 500 thousand bacteria, consisting of an average of 26 different varieties on paper money.

Starting to develop a business idea by learning that UVC light destroys all bacteria and viruses, Money Shower officials developed a disinfection system within microseconds by keeping the light wavelength between 200-280 nanometers.

The system, which enables a contactless and instant disinfection, can also disinfect public toilets, door handles, cutlery glasses, telephones, feeding bottles and teats, cosmetic items and many other items in seconds without contact.
