Reminding that families who went to the Constitutional Court last year to look for justice in a train accident that came as a massacre on July 8, 2018 in Çorlu, CHP Tekirdağ Deputy Aygun said, “But the tirajikomik is that the police are suing for allegedly battered. . "We will closely watch the hearing before the 21st High Criminal Court on April 1, where the real people of the accident will be tried, and we will continue to scream for justice."

Saying that peace cannot be ensured if justice is injured in a country, Aygun said that the families of 25 citizens who died in Çorlu Train Accident have been suffering and persecuted since 8 July 2018. Aygun said, “These families went to the Constitutional Court after the troubles experienced in the courts. One of our citizens had been hospitalized for this reason. But oddly enough, the cops complain and are sued, claiming they were battered. These families had no sticks, no sharp tools, only banners. Victims are turned into defendants. Conscience is bleeding, justice is bleeding. ”

Aygun said that the police chief in front of the Constitutional Court on that day had instructed that “Separate the deputies, sweep the others” and that these words were still in their ears. I wonder if they believe in their own words, ”he asked.

Aygun reminded that the hearing was postponed to 50 April 13 due to the physical inadequacy of the courtroom in the 2020th Criminal Court of First Instance in Ankara, saying, “We will be in Ankara on 13 April. We will not allow the victims to become defendants ”.

Aygun noted that no progress has been made in the main lawsuit filed to find real custodians in the Çorlu Train Accident.
