Within the scope of the fight against coronavirus (COVİD-19), İzmir Metropolitan Municipality decided to use public transportation vehicles free of charge for healthcare professionals and pharmacists and pharmacy workers. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tunç Soyer pointed out that pharmacists and pharmacy employees also sacrificed in this process and said that they, like healthcare workers, made this decision to facilitate their work.
Approved cards are required from the Chamber of Pharmacists
Pharmacists and pharmacy employees will be able to get on public transport for free by showing the cards prepared by the Izmir Chamber of Pharmacists and sent to their members. The application, which will start on March 24, 2020 (tomorrow), will continue until a second instruction.
